Antonio Dapiedade

May 1, 1942 — February 3, 2024

At age 81 he said goodbye, born in Pedreiras de Porto de Mos’, Portugal. Son of the late Maria DaPiedade from Portugal. He served 2 years (1963 &1964) in Portuguese military. After his marriage to Maria Delgado Rodrigo and having their second child they both decided to make there way to the United States for a better life in 1967. They came to the U.S. via the 1965 Immigration Act and became two skilled working assets into the U.S. working population while providing better for their children. Upon entering United States he worked various manufacturing skilled jobs and while learning the English language in first few years he was able to pass and obtain a Certificate of Naturalization for The United States of America. He was employed and retired after 20 years as a Security Guard for the Trial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
He is predeceased by his sister Anabela-Maria, and brother Jose. He survived by eldest daughter;  Alda Fontanze & Fontanze family, 2nd daughter;  Maria Dietz & Dietz family &  Kessler family & Barnes family,  son; George Piedade & Piedade family, and youngest daughter;  Annabelle Corley & Corley family.  His lasting comments and memory wishes to his living family, extended relatives and his local friends through the years is to have one drink and laughter with Loved ones.
Funeral arrangements to be private per his request. In lieu of flowers & gifts, contributions may be made to any Shriners Hospitals for Children.
