Donna Lee (Passmore) Rogers

February 14, 1948 — September 11, 2022

PUTNAM: Donna Lee (Passmore) Rogers, 74, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 11, 2022.  Her husband Frank Rogers, Sr. predeceased her. She is survived by her loving children: Lillian Rogers of RI, Edna Cottrell and her husband Edward of MI, James Bransfield of FL, Frank Rogers, Jr. of CT, Dawn Hart and her husband Richard of CT, Herb Rogers of CT and Carl Rogers and his wife Claudette of CT; her siblings: Helen Dennison of ME, Doreen Parron of CT, Joan Houle and her husband PJ of CT, Norman Passmore of AL, David Passmore of CT, Michelle House and her husband Jeff of CT, Michael Passmore of CT and Tina Passmore of CT; 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 26 nieces and nephews, 77 great nieces and nephews along with several cousins and friends.  Her brothers: John and Gary Passmore; her grandchildren: Jamie Bransfield, Nathan Cottrell; her great niece Layla Johnson; her great nephew Aydan Johnson and her daughter-in-law Deannette Bransfield predeceased her.

Donna was born in Putnam, CT on February 14, 1948 the daughter of the late Norman and Helen (Weaver) Passmore, Sr.  She graduated from Killingly High School, was a member of AM Vets Post 45 and past president of the VFW Post 2650 in Danielson, CT.  Donna loved shopping, reading romance novels and comic books, watching her favorite soap operas and playing word search games.  Her greatest achievements were her children and grandchildren and spending time with all of her family.  All who knew Donna will miss her dearly.

A Celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 starting at noon at 294 Putnam Pike, Dayville, CT 06241.
