Edward Lawrence Grimley, III

Edward Lawrence Grimley III, 80 years young. after a long battle with many different illnesses, he went to live with God on October 25th 2025 at 3:52 a.m.. His passing was very peaceful and he was not in any pain. 

Son of Vivian Bates Grimley ( upton ma) in Edward Lawrence Grimley ll (Worcester ma) . He leaves behind his brother , Daniel Grimley and wife Eileen, Lauren Grimley and Matthew Grimley. His sister Patsy and her husband Roger Baker their children Robin, Ryan and Roger Baker.  His children John Paul and his wife Julie Grimley, his grandchildren alice, max, and Ella from crown point Indiana. His son Edward Lawrence Grimley the 4th and his wife Hydia Grimley. Their daughter Amber Grimley. From Virginia Beach Virginia. His son Dean Grimley of Brighton Tennessee. His daughter Maria Grimley moxley. Her children William moxley and Wade moxley from Golden Colorado.

Ed was in the army national guard for 16 years. Basic training during the Vietnam war. He worked at the Big d grocery store for many years .He also worked at Grant's department store, and he was a floor installer in his later years. 

Ed traveled all over . Whether it be to see family or just because he absolutely loved to go different places.

He will be missed by many of us. He touched our lives and ways that we didn't even realize. He was always there whether we needed a helping hand or just an ear or maybe some wise advice. Ed was truly a kind soul in my eyes. Our lives will never be the same without him , but they will be better because of him. Thank you  for everything may you rest in peace🙏

A celebration of life will be at a later date in the spring .
