Kurt Michael Moisan, born on December 16, 1978, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, passed away on December 18, 2025, in Leominster, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and genuine friendship. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend, who touched the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.

Kurt’s life was marked by his dedication to his career as a roofer, a trade he embraced with pride. He was a proud graduate of Gardner High School, where he formed friendships that would last a lifetime. Above all, Kurt was a sociable person, effortlessly connecting with others and leaving a warm impression on everyone he encountered. His vibrant personality meant he always lived life to the fullest, consistently lending a helping hand to anyone who asked without expecting anything in return. He had a remarkable ability to fit into any crowd, making friends wherever he went.

He deeply cherished his family, particularly his mother, Janet K. Cameron, and his father, Mark L. Moisan and his wife Paula, along with his stepfather, the late David P. Cameron, whose memory Kurt held dear. Kurt shared a close bond with his brother, Nathan D. Moisan, and his girlfriend, Bonnie Duke. His affection extended to his beloved niece, Madison M. Carter, and nephew, Jacob D. Silvia, whom he treasured and adored deeply. He also had a special place in his heart for his uncles David, Louis, Jeff, and Roland Jr., and his aunts Susan, Martha, and Sarah—their relationships were incredibly significant to him. Kurt had a wonderful connection with his cousins Shannon, Michael, and Joseph, creating memories that will forever be cherished. He is reunited in peace with his stepfather, David P. Cameron; maternal grandparents, Gloria E. Lozeau and Roland H. Lozeau Sr.; paternal grandmother, June Egan, and her husband, Edward Egan; and paternal grandfather, Louis Moisan Sr.

Kurt enjoyed spending time outdoors, often hiking and going for walks, particularly on Tully Mountain with his beloved dog. He found joy in serene moments at the beach, allowing nature to soothe his spirit. Those who knew him will fondly remember how he loved to playfully hide and jump out to scare his mother, creating light-hearted moments filled with laughter. He often sought solace in deep, one-on-one conversations with his stepfather, sharing thoughts and dreams that brought them closer together. He also really enjoyed music, and concerts with his friends. He used to play as shortstop in little leagues and Babe Ruth baseball, which was where his love of the sport came from; and he lived his life as an avid Boston Red Sox fan.

Kurt's friendships were numerous, and he held a special bond with his closest friend, Phil Poirier. He leaves behind countless friends and acquaintances who will carry forward loving memories of their time together. The extended family in Lunenburg, including Jim, Lois, Donna, and their siblings, are left to remember and celebrate the life of a remarkable man who meant so much to so many.

While Kurt Michael Moisan has departed from this earthly realm, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him. His kindness, infectious smile, and zest for life echo in cherished memories and shared stories. He will be greatly missed but forever remembered.
