It is with sorrowful hearts that we announce the passing of Milo Edward Holland Jr. on May 10, 2025. Though he was known for his grumpy exterior, those who knew him best understood that just beneath the surface was a kind-hearted man who wouldn't harm a soul. He was a true family man—quiet, dependable, and full of love that he expressed in his own way.
Whether it was through a rare laugh, a concerned phone call because he heard sirens, or a simple gesture, his love was always present. He kept a list of all his grandchildren’s birthdays—a long list that speaks to the legacy he leaves behind. He is survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren (with two more on the way), and 1 great-great-grandson.
Beyond his grandchildren, he is also survived by his mother, Grace Holland; his siblings, James and Debbie Holland; and his daughters, Alice and Trish Holland.
He may not have said much, but his actions told the story of a man who loved deeply, lived quietly, and mattered greatly.
