Mirang Baldevbhai Patel, born on March 1, 1980, passed away on December 1, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. He was 45 years old.
Mirang made his home in Lunenburg, Massachusetts, where he built a life grounded in family, hard work, and quiet resilience. He carried himself with a gentle spirit and a good heart, and people around him felt that immediately.
He is survived by his wife Hema, his daughter Anaya, his son Om, his sister Arpita, and his parents Baldev and Takshila. Those who were part of his everyday life knew his strength, his loyalty, and the way he gave his best even when life became heavy. They will carry forward the parts of him that mattered most: his kindness, his patience, and the sincerity he brought into every room.
Born and raised in India, Mirang grew up with a deep fascination for the wider world and a dream of building a life in the United States. When he finally made that move in the late 90s, he embraced it fully. He lived with an open heart, curious, hopeful, and eager to enjoy the small joys that made life worth living.
Those who knew him will remember his soft smile, the quiet goodness in his nature, and the way he tried to make life gentler for the people he cared about. His absence leaves a space that cannot be filled, but his memory will continue to live in the people whose lives he touched.
May he rest in peace. 🙏🏽
