Pedro A. “Mafia” Rodriguez-Guzman passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary L. Rodriguez; his daughters, Margarita Rodriguez, Patricia Connors, Ramonita Rodriguez, Betsaida Rodriguez, and Myra Santiago; and his sons, Pedro Rodriguez and Jesse Connors. He also leaves behind 26 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom were a tremendous source of pride and joy in his life.

Pedro is reunited in eternal rest with his cherished son, Pedro Connors of Worcester, MA; his mother, Ana Guzman of Añasco, Puerto Rico; his father, Angel “Caro Nene” Rodriguez of Añasco, Puerto Rico; and many other beloved relatives.

Born in Añasco, Puerto Rico, Pedro made Worcester, Massachusetts his home for over 40 years. He was known for his love of singing and dancing, his unwavering devotion to family, and his incredible sense of humor that could make anyone laugh endlessly. Pedro spent much of his time in what he affectionately called “Papi’s gym,” working out, enjoying a refreshing Bud Light, and watching wrestling and his favorite cowboy marathons.

Pedro was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In lieu of funeral services, a private celebration of life will be held to honor Pedro’s life, memory, and lasting legacy.
