Robert Dell Briddon

Robert D. Briddon of Millbury MA passed away on July 14 surrounded by his loving family.

He leaves behind 2 sons, David Briddon of DeFuniak Springs FL and Gary Briddon of Millbury. 3 daughters, Linda Hopkins (Mark) of Oxford, Christine Chesna (John) and Sandra Briddon of Auburn. He is also survived by a brother Donald Briddon of Scottsville KY, in addition to 16 grandchildren and 21 Great Grand children. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Bos is predeceased by his grandson Timothy Briddon.

Bob worked at High Carbon Wire in Millbury for 30 years. He also helped manage the Ice Cream Barn in Millbury which he greatly enjoyed.

Bob enjoyed many years of playing softball with the team during his years at High Carbon Wire. Bob loved spending time around all of his grandchildren and sharing his adventures of his younger wilder years. Everyone around town affectionately knew him as “Pepe”.

His family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to St. Vincent Hospital Medical staff as well as Care One Rehabilitation Staff for all the great care provided to him.

Funeral services will be private.
