Sandra A. Schneider

Sandra A. Schneider,  85, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  She will be remembered by her children daughter;  Susan Mondino, sons Mitchell and wife Tara Mondino, Ronald Mondino, Kevin and wife Eileen Mondino, and Francis Arzola as well as 22 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, and her current husband Sheldon Schneider of Wisconsin. She was predeceased by her son Carl Mondino.

Sandra was born in Worcester Massachusetts the daughter of the late Wesley Sr and Janet (VanDerWerf) Auger and sister of the late Wesley Auger Jr.  She spent her childhood in Worcester and thoughout her life lived in many places including California, Cape Cod, Maine and Florida.  She worked for much of her adult life as a waitress, an occupation she dearly loved.  She met many interesting people from all over the world and even famous individuals including Kenny Rodgers.  Sandra excelled at playing the piano as a child and enjoyed many activities including playing games of cribbage and rummy, camping, reading, dancing, church socials, caring for loving pets,  and drinking coca-cola. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time connecting with her family, whether  by phone or in person.

A celebration of her life life will be held on Saturday, March 16th, 1pm, at the Lodge Restaurant (148  Gore St., Webster, MA).  Sandra’s private burial will follow at Worcester Memorial Park in Paxton, MA at a later date.
