Sandra Lee St. Francis

Sandra Lee St. Francis, born on October 24, 1943, in Southbridge, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026, in Worcester, Massachusetts. A beloved matriarch and dedicated caregiver, Sandra touched the lives of many with her caring nature and unwavering strength.

Throughout her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) and Patient Care Assistant (P.C.A.), Sandra exemplified what it meant to care for others. Her commitment to service was recognized when she received an award from the police department for her courageous actions in helping to catch a thief. This incident is but one of many that illustrated her willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Sandra possessed a golden heart and was known for her strong-willed personality. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, providing unconditional love to her family. Her legacy is evident in the fond memories held by her loved ones, who remember her as a caring and protective figure within the family.

Sandra had numerous interests that brought her joy. She delighted in looking at Christmas lights, enjoyed walking along the Cape Cod Canal, and had a knack for creating beautiful stained glass art. Additionally, she found pleasure in crocheting and listening to country music, activities that filled her days with creativity and warmth.

Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Robert St. Francis, and her cherished children: Ozzy (Paul) Stevens, Donna Stevens, Paula Le, Russell Bond, and Tracey Sexton. She also leaves behind her son Chung Le and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will remember her loving spirit.

She was predeceased by her mother, Leona Vilandre; father, Wilfred Vilandre; sister, Patricia Tremblay; sister, Brenda Tremblay; brother, Roland Vilandre; and grandson, John Stevens.

Sandra’s memory lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be remembered for her selfless nature, her artistic talents, and her deep commitment to her family. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
