William David Anderson, born on September 7, 1955, in Worcester, MA, has left a legacy that will forever be cherished. On May 1st, 2024, in Hubbardston, MA, surrounded by his loved ones including his wife Cheryl and brother-in-law David Bengtson, William peacefully passed away.
Known to many as "Bill", he shared an unbreakable bond with his wife Cheryl for 45 wonderful years. The love they shared was evident to all who knew them. William was also the son of Mary Astor Anderson Berger Anderson, who has passed before him.
In the hearts those who survive him are his sister Sandy Anderson Wright and her husband Robert Wright. Regrettably, William was preceded in death by his sister Susan Anderson Dupont. His presence will be profoundly missed by many nieces and nephews whose lives he touched with his warmth and kindness.
William's professional journey led him to Jamesbury in Shrewsbury, MA, where he dedicated four decades of his life as a skilled machinist before retiring. Beyond his work, William found solace in nature. Fishing trips, hunting escapades, camping adventures, and vacations spent on Nauset beach in their camper brought him immense joy.
A craftsman at heart, William poured countless hours into perfecting their cozy home which stood as a testament to his meticulous dedication. His passion for life and unwavering commitment to creating lasting memories with loved ones will forever resonate with all those fortunate enough to have known him.
